FulcrumFOCI is deployed into your organization's Microsoft tenant (Azure Government or GCC High). All compliance data — ECP content, visitor records, inspection artifacts — resides entirely within your tenant boundary. Fulcrum Advisory does not have access to your organization's FulcrumFOCI data.
